87,000 square foot facility housing a collection of many one of a kind Aircraft as well as research and development experiments in both rotor and fixed wing flight. National Peanut Festival, Dothan.

Southeast Alabama Community Theatre, Dothan.

Built originally as the City Auditorium in 1915 this neo classical revival structure has some Italian Renaissance Influence. The Dothan Area Botanical Gardens, located at 5130 Headland Avenue , just off U. S. Highway 431 North near Landmark Park, is 50 acres of partially wooded, gently rolling landscape in southeast Alabama. Swampgravy, Colquitt, Ga

Year after year, the Colquitt/Miller Arts Council produces its folk life play Swamp Gravy to the delight of audiences of all ages and backgrounds. While steeped in Southern tradition, Swamp Gravy presents stories of universal appeal ... stories about life and death, family and community.

Each performance is an original, crowd-pleasing blend of comedy, drama, and music featuring a cast of more than 100 volunteers who transform southern life into unforgettable theater.

Kolomoki Mounds Historic Park, Blakely Georgia

This unusual park is an important archaeological site as well as a scenic recreational area. Seven earthen mounds within the park were built between 250-950 A.D. by the Swift Creek and Weeden Island Indians. The mounds include Georgia's oldest great temple mound, two burial mounds and four ceremonial mounds. The park's museum is partially situated inside an excavated mound, providing an unusual setting for viewing artifacts and a film. Outdoor activities include camping, fishing, picnicking, boating and swimming.

Florida Caverns State Park, Marianna, Florida

This is one of the few state parks with dry (air filled) caves and is the only Florida state park to offer cave tours to the public. Blue Springs
