Breakfasts to Energize and Inspire

As a bed and breakfast your morning meal is covered here at the Garden Path Inn Bed & Breakfast. While our goal is to exceed your expectations of your morning meal, we also suggest lunch and dinner options at nearby Dothan, AL and Blakely, GA restaurants. But first: breakfast!

Long before you enter the Harrison Dining Room, the smell of sizzling bacon or sausage drifts throughout the inn, beckoning you to breakfast. As you enter the dining room you will notice other wonderful smells… maybe the sweet, cinnamon aroma of Praline French Toast Casserole, fresh coffee brewing, and muffins baking!

Your morning begins with an assortment of freshly brewed coffees and teas, chilled fruit juice, and fresh seasonal fruit with chocolate dipping sauce. Triple Chocolate Cherry Muffins, Lemon-Strawberry Muffins, Hunka Chunka Brownie Wedges, or Fresh Blueberry Muffins have also been known to be served at breakfast!

The main entree is Chef’s Choice, but some of the selections offered include:

  • Praline French Toast Casserole, our most requested breakfast entree: think dark, rich, delicious Sticky Bun on this one.
  • Farmer’s Casserole: Hashbrowns, Sausage, eggs and cheese… so delicious and satisfying.
  • Rustic Quiche: A very hearty version prepared with sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese, onions, and colorful peppers in a flaky thin crust.
  • Baked Gruyere and Sausage Omelet: Just like it sounds… rich with cheese and sausage.
  • Baked Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal: This is really good, and the fruit baked in the oatmeal can vary by request.
  • Lemon Blueberry Pancakes: A lovely combination of two favorite flavors.

Come hungry, linger long!
