The largest of the three bedrooms, Lydia's Room , is decorated in soothing cool hues of purple with hints of Victorian accents around the room and features two reading chairs in the sitting area.   The bathroom is en suite and is decorated in soft purples with deep purple towels to accent the room. Lydia's Room will provide you with beautiful luxurious lodging during your next romantic weekend in AL.

Sarah's Suite is decorated in cool blues with quilt accents and pillows and features two reading chairs also, with a throw blanket for those mornings when you just want to sit and read.   The bathroom, done in medium blues, is en suite and features a full tub and shower. Sarah's Suite is the perfect choice for luxurious lodging accommodations when planning an Alabama getaway.

Rebecca's Suite is decorated in antique rose colors with a canopied king sized bed and cameo and rose accents around the room and includes a reading chair also.   The bathroom for this suite is across the hall and includes an antique claw foot tub, as well as a separate shower. Rebecca's Suite offers such a romantic atmosphere. It is ideal for a Honeymoon vacation or special anniversary celebration.

In the upstairs turret room is an intimate dining room, Elizabeth's Room . The room is perfect for private romantic dinners. Soft music and candle lights are provided and arrangements for flowers or gift baskets can be made.    Decorated in soft pinks and greens, Elizabeth's Room can also accommodate baby showers, bridal showers, ladies luncheons, and teas.

Downstairs you will find the main dining room, decorated in deep reds, and lovingly and painstakingly painted by two wonderful friends of the owners.   This couple asked to completely finish painting out one room of the home as a gift to the owners so this dining room now bears the last name of this precious couple, the Harrisons.   Comfortable seating for up to 24 is available in The Harrison Room .

Upon entering the home, you are greeted in a Grand Foyer with original heart pine floors, deep red Victorian wallpaper and dark wood wainscoting.   The Family Parlor , in the shape of an octagon, is to the left of the grand foyer and is filled with comfortable seating for guests to sit and enjoy, to read, to play board games, or to reacquaint with each other in a by gone environment.     This room also features original heart pine floors and ceilings and is decorated in hues of deep red and gold. For the movie and/or music enthusiast, a 42” HD Plasma TV and custom home theater system is available for our guest’s enjoyment. Enjoy your favorite movie DVD or music CD while relaxing in the parlor.

The large front porch is furnished with wooden rocking chairs and cozy wicker chairs. Enjoy your early morning coffee on the porch and take your time reading the morning paper or simply listen to the quiet and enjoy the beautiful landscaping around the Inn. Lemonade and sweet ice tea are the beverages of choice for late afternoon times of relaxing and reflection.

Overnight stays include a full southern style breakfast for up to two people the next morning.   Packages for overnight stays that include Dinner are available, and if arranged in advance, we can help you out with special gift baskets, flowers, or candy to be in the room upon arrival.
